Double Up Food Bucks
The Co-op is proud to partner with Field and Fork Network to improve affordable access to fresh fruits and vegetables through the Double Up Food Bucks (DUFB) Program. DUFB is a nutrition incentive program that matches eligible SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program – formerly known as food stamps) purchases at participating farmers markets, mobile markets, farm stands and retail grocery sites, including the Co-op. For every dollar spent on fresh produce at the Co-op, DUFB participants earn a dollar toward their next purchase of fresh produce at the Co-op!

Can I choose when I use my DUFB? Yes! Use any portion of your balance toward any produce transaction after you have earned them. Save your DUFB and redeem when it works best for you. You must redeem DUFB within one year.
How do I redeem DUFB? After you are enrolled and ready to purchase some fresh fruits and veggies, let your cashier know your name or owner number to earn and redeem DUFB.
How do I know my balance? Your balance is printed on your receipt. You can also ask cashiers for your balance before or during your transaction.
What if I need a refund? DUFB are not refundable for cash nor are they transferable, and they expire after 1 year.
What produce is eligible for DUFB? All fresh fruits and vegetables, including cut fruit and vegetables, fresh herbs, vegetable and herb seedlings. Items that are not eligible for DUFB include salad bar, juices, and all non-produce items.
