The Lexington Coop, Hertel location, is recalling the Lexi's Molasses Ginger Cookie sold out of the Bakery case on Monday 7/20 & Tuesday 7/21. The product was mislabeled, the package contained the Lexi's Vegan Peanut Butter Cookie. The following allergen was not declared on the displayed ingredient listing: Peanut. People who are sensitive or have allergies to Peanut could be at risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.
