The Lexington Co-op Hertel location is recalling the Thai Peanut Bowl, Thai Peanut Wrap, Half Thai Peanut Wrap made in the Food Service Department. The following allergen was not declared on the ingredient label: CASHEW (TREE NUT). People who are sensitive or have allergies to CASHEWS (TREE NUT) could be at risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.
