About the Election
There are four Board of Directors seats up for election this year. Each elected director will serve a 3-year term.
The four candidates with the highest number of votes will receive three-year terms.
The election is securely facilitated by a third party company, Simply Voting. Voting results will be available by October 20, 2021.
