Special ordering products by the case is a benefit available to fully paid member-owners of the Co-op. Special orders receive 20% off catalog suggested retail price. Often our shelf prices are lower than the special order price. Please check , and in that event, we recommend you buy it off the shelf.
Step 1: Decide what to order. The document at right lists ALL items currently eligible for sale pricing as a special order. Other products are available! Stop by the Co-op and look through the catalog books at the Customer Service Desk. A sale item in the store is not automatically eligible for special order pricing. ‘Owner Only’ specials are not eligible for special order pricing. Please check the list before you order!
Step 2: Fill in the form below. It will be sent to our special order department and you’ll receive a confirmation email within 3 days. If you have ordered something not listed on the current Special Order List (PDF at right), we will contact you to confirm pricing before we order. Please respond promptly, we cannot order your products without this confirmation! Orders must be placed before 10am on the last day of the sale.
Step 4: Pick it up! Once your order is in, we will call to notify you that it’s ready for pickup. When you arrive, simply ask a staff member to retrieve your order, take it home, and enjoy!
