The holidays are a wonderful time to get creative in the kitchen! Co-op Baker and Cookie Expert Rachel will demonstrate how to mix, roll and shape Lexi’s Classic Sugar Cookies, then decorate them with homemade royal icing using impressive techniques.

This is a demonstration-style class, so plan to observe, ask questions, then watch the recording to recreate the recipes and designs. Recipes from Lexi’s Kitchen are available here.
