As a consumer-owned co-op, Lexington Co-op is guided by the 7 Cooperative Principles. The second of those principles is Democratic Member Control, which states that every member-owner plays a role in making decisions that affect the organization as a whole. It is that time of year again, in which member-owners decide who represents the Lexington Co-op at the policy governance level.

Owners, please cast your vote in Lexington Co-op’s annual election. Voting is open September 19 through October 15th, 2023. There are 12 candidates up for election and 4 seats available. Please read the candidate statements above and vote online or in-store.

You will need your owner number and a unique password that was e-mailed and mailed to the e-mail and address the Co-op has on file.
