Turkey 101. Elmwood Kitchen Manager and meat expert, Bill Evers will show you how to pick, prep, roast and plate your turkey.
The Art of Pies. Watch as Bakery Manager Rachel Jolbert walks you through baking the perfect pie covering dough, filling and the all-important lattice.
The Perfect Feast*. Our Hertel Kitchen Manager, Chef Andrew Stachura, will invite you into the kitchen and help you perfect classic sides to round out your holiday feast.
*this 30 minute session will take place in the kitchen. Students will be required to stand and wear a hair net for this portion of the event.
