Pie Making

November 18, 6:30pm

Join co-op baker and pie expert Rachel Jolbert for a FREE class that’s all about pie.

She’ll discuss crust essentials, walk through Lexi’s own all-butter pie dough recipe, then demonstrate how to properly roll, shape and bake. Together, we’ll troubleshoot common problems so you can bake pie after pie with confidence!

Turkey Tips

November 19, 6:30pm

The best way to prepare a Thanksgiving turkey is to break it down into pieces so that it roasts evenly and stays juicy. Turkey Expert and Lexi’s Kitchen Chef Andrew will demonstrate how to break down a whole turkey, give tips on roasting it to perfection, and share his favorite gravy recipe.
