Lexi’s Apple Walnut Bread recipe!

1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of baking powder
1 egg
3/4 cup organic cane sugar
1/3 cup canola oil
1/4 cup apple juice
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup apple, diced
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped

Yields 1 large loaf

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
2. In a large bowl, beat the oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well blended.
3. Add the flour mixture, beating just until combined.
4. Add the apple juice and fold in the walnuts and apples.
5. Scrape batter into greased 8×4” loaf pan. Bake until bread has risen and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean – ~45-55 min.
